Return Policy & Procedures
We are happy to accept your returns and will refund you for the full amount of the purchase, but kindly ask that you meet the following criteria:
Include your packing slip and/or order number if possible. Make sure your Name, Address, Phone Number, and email address is included and accurate.
Pack items securely. Ship via UPS or Fedex with delivery confirmation, or US Post with delivery signature verification or certified mail.
Brandissimo! Inc. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Return your items within 14 days of delivery date.

Retail customers may return an unopened item in exchange for a same priced item.
You may contact us using the form below, to ensure the item you want is in stock. Follow the same procedures outlined in the Return Policy above.
Include the Name and Item Number of the item you would like sent in exchange. After we receive your items and confirm that the criteria have been met, your new item will be shipped. We will ship exchanges and charge the credit card used in the original purchase.
Please allow 7-14 business days after receipt of returned merchandise for processing refund or exchange requests.
NOTE: We apologize, but original and return shipping costs cannot be refunded. We also regret that we cannot accept returned items that do not meet the general returns criteria. Brandissimo! Inc. cannot accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees, or packages that arrive as 'Postage Due'.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us via email or phone within 5 business days, and we will work to replace or refund your order as soon as possible.
